Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare, check, and process all types of bills and payments.
  • Prepare the annual report of the company and supporting schedules.
  • Review and ensure timely submission of VDS, TDS, VAT returns, and tax returns as per rules and regulations.
  • Prepare yearly income tax returns, monthly VAT returns, and other returns with supporting documents for submission to tax authorities.
  • Perform accounts-related legal tasks assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with various departments and work in a team environment.
  • Support and face yearly audits by external and internal auditors.

Proficiency in preparing VAT, TDS, and income tax returns and reconciling tax-related items. Skilled in bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close activities. Experience preparing supporting documentation for audits and dealing with auditors. Good command of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under deadlines. Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to adapt to organizational changes. Education & experience: Master of Business Administration (MBA) — required. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (typical requirement: 1 to 3 years) in accounts and finance.
