Job Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in aluminum fabrication and façade solutions.

Detailed responsibilities: Proactively source and qualify leads from builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers. Conduct on-site visits to understand project scope, measurements, and feasibility for façade solutions. Develop technical proposals, scope documents, and commercial quotations aligned with project drawings. Follow up and nurture client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Coordinate with internal fabrication and engineering teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and deliverable. Track sales pipeline, convert proposals into contracts, and meet/exceed revenue targets. Required skills & experience: Proven sales & marketing experience in aluminum fabrication, façade systems, or the construction industry. Good understanding of aluminum manufacturing and façade technologies. Ability to read and interpret architectural and façade drawings. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client handling skills. Well-established professional network in the construction sector is highly desirable. Smart, energetic, result-oriented personality with a professional approach to client interactions.
