Job Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and convert potential clients into confirmed buyers through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Make regular outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate interest and arrange site visits.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to plan and execute sales activities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and promote Valven Homes’ residential projects to potential clients through property tours and meetings.
- Develop deep knowledge of products, pricing and market positioning to handle client queries and objections.
- Maintain lead and client information using Google Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
- Ensure client satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales performance reports and pipeline forecasts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic planning.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Role summary: As an Executive / Sr. Executive (Apartment Sales), you will be a core member of the sales function responsible for generating leads, driving site visits, closing apartment sales and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is a full-time, office-based role located at DOHS Mirpur, Dhaka. Key responsibilities (summary): Proactively identify and engage potential clients and convert them into confirmed buyers using proven sales strategies. Conduct regular outbound calls and follow-ups with new and existing leads via phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings. Arrange and lead property tours, present Valven Homes’ residential projects, features, pricing and value propositions professionally. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Use Google Spreadsheets to record and track lead information, interactions and conversion status for reporting and analysis. Prepare and submit detailed monthly/quarterly sales performance reports including conversion metrics and pipeline forecasts. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategy and improve conversion rates. Take ownership of client satisfaction by ensuring prompt communication, issue resolution and fostering repeat/referral business. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives. Required skills and experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate or with a property developer. Strong communication and negotiation skills; excellent customer relationship management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets; general computer literacy. Demonstrated sales & marketing skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and disciplined about follow-ups.
