Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Prepare and execute monthly digital marketing calendars including content, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid ads.
- Conceptualize and organize on-ground activations, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Liaise with vendors, printing partners and agencies; negotiate pricing, timelines and contracts.
- Supervise field teams during activations to ensure brand guideline adherence and execution quality.
- Oversee in-store branding and promotional collateral — banners, danglers, flyers, posters and POS.
- Coordinate with operations and branch managers for consistent campaign rollout and feedback collection.
- Develop and maintain corporate client relationships for co-branding and cross-promotions.
