Primary responsibilities Lead and manage HR day-to-day operations across the organization, ensuring timely and consistent HR services. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance improvement plans and coaching. Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations and internal HR policies. Follow and implement approved administrative activities and company policies. Required education & experience BBA and MBA with a major in HRM from a reputed university. At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within Real Estate, Group of Companies, or Developer environments. Proven track record in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational development. Skills & attributes Strong expertise in general HR, HR operations and administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Good knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Ability to lead change management and drive organizational development initiatives. High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
