Job Responsibilities

  • Care of patients undergoing hemodialysis (in dialysis unit).
  • Provide service to outdoor (outpatient) patients.

  • Participate in screening, awareness programs, research and occasional field surveys.

Job Description

Kidney Awareness, Monitoring and Prevention Society (KAMPS) is seeking a dedicated Medical Officer to join its clinical team to manage hemodialysis patients and provide outpatient services across multiple centers in Bangladesh. This job circular invites qualified MBBS professionals with BMDC registration who have clinical experience and interest in nephrology to apply. Provide clinical assessment and treatment for outdoor (outpatient) patients. Counsel MHD (maintenance hemodialysis) patients and their attendants regarding therapy, lifestyle and follow-up. Participate in screening, awareness programs, research and occasional field surveys organized by the company. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe dialysis practice and continuity of care. Required qualifications and skills MBBS degree with valid BMDC registration is mandatory. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospital/clinic settings; experience in dialysis units or nephrology is an advantage. Interest in nephrology; preference for candidates with MD in Nephrology, MD trainees, diploma or training in relevant specialties, or experience in diabetes/medicine management. Strong communication and counseling skills to interact with patients and attendants. Teamwork, clinical judgment, and willingness to participate in outreach and research activities.
