Job Responsibilities
- Care of patients undergoing Hemodialysis in the dialysis unit.
- Handling dialysis machines, dialyzers, renal solutions, dialysis medicines and other dialysis-related equipment.
- Overseeing the dialysis treatment procedure from start to finish.
- Record keeping of patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Identifying irregular dialysis reactions and notifying appropriate medical team members.
- Communicating any changes in patient condition to the medical team.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Maintain patient confidence and protect confidential/personal information.
- Maintain nursing/medical supplies and inventory.
- Counseling MHD patients and their attendants.
