Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving KAMPS’ mission, vision, goals, and financial objectives.
  • Plan, develop, and implement brand and growth strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation.
  • Support top management in project implementation and other assignments as required.
  • Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in recruiting doctors and staff; evaluate employee performance as directed.
  • Supervise and monitor patient service quality.
  • Provide patient counseling (in person/over phone) on health-related issues; attend seminars and workshops.
  • Manage health-related communication, including incoming/outgoing e-mails.
  • Perform basic administrative and computer tasks (MS Office, Excel, web browsing, apps).
