Job Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs across departments through surveys, interviews, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Design and implement company-wide annual training calendars in line with strategic goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-the-job and off-the-job training programs across technical and non-technical teams.
- Develop training modules for orientation, soft skills, leadership, communication, time management, and more.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop customized learning plans and career development roadmaps.
- Engage with external trainers, consultants, and institutions to bring in specialized training as needed.
- Initiate and manage Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to develop internal training champions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress using an LMS or manual tracking system.
- Create L&D reports and dashboards to present insights and ROI to senior leadership.
