Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and monthly/quarterly marketing plans for the restaurant.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), run paid ads and promotions, and respond to customer queries/reviews.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns (discounts, happy hours, festival offers) and ensure consistent branding.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements; build loyalty programs and referral schemes.
- Organize events, influencer visits, food festivals, and partnerships with local businesses and institutions.
- Collaborate with delivery platforms (Foodpanda, Pathao Food, HungryNaki) for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and local trends; prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Supervise offline marketing materials (flyers, banners, posters) and manage in-house branding assets.
