Job Responsibilities
- Advise students and families on country, program and university selection (UK, Korea, Malaysia, Europe, New Zealand, Japan, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end application journey: eligibility checks, timelines, SOP/LoR guidance and documentation quality control.
- Coordinate with universities, partners and internal teams; schedule interviews and follow up until conversion.
- Guide visa strategy, financial documentation and pre-departure steps (within policy).
- Maintain accurate records/notes in CRM; track conversions and weekly KPIs.
- Conduct and host seminars, webinars and walk-in counseling; support marketing with student success stories.
- Prepare weekly pipeline and performance reports; escalate risks early.

Position summary The role focuses on advising students and families through the end-to-end admissions and visa process for top study destinations (UK, Korea, Malaysia, Europe, New Zealand, Japan, etc.). This is an on-site job based in Dhanmondi, Dhaka — the company prefers candidates based nearby. Key responsibilities (high level) Advise students/families on country, program and university selection, aligning choices to academic profiles and career goals. Manage the end-to-end application journey: eligibility checks, timelines, SOP/LoR guidance, document quality control, and submission tracking. Coordinate with universities, partners and internal teams; schedule interviews and follow up until conversion. Advise on visa strategy and financial documentation; guide pre-departure steps within policy. Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, prepare weekly pipelines and performance reports. Required qualifications & experience Bachelor’s / Honors degree minimum (preferred minimum qualification as listed in role description). 1–2+ years proven experience in study-abroad counseling, immigration or closely related education consultancy. Strong Bangla and English communication (written & verbal). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM/email workflows. Country portfolio experience (UK, Korea, Malaysia, Europe, New Zealand, Japan) is highly preferred. IELTS/PTE/TOEFL familiarity a plus but not mandatory.
