SENRO BEAUTY STUDIO is seeking an experienced, professional and energetic Executive Manager (Only Female) to lead daily operations of a modern beauty salon located in Banani, Dhaka. This job is ideal for a candidate with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in salon, spa or beauty parlor management who can ensure exceptional client experience, maintain high hygiene standards and drive team performance. Key responsibilities (job duties): Supervise and manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Schedule appointments efficiently and manage staff shifts and rotas. Ensure top-quality customer service and a premium client experience. Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards across the salon. Manage inventory, track supplies and place timely orders for salon consumables and equipment. Assist in local marketing, promotions and customer retention initiatives to drive sales. Recruit, onboard, train and evaluate salon staff performance; provide coaching to staff. Oversee petty cash, basic budgeting and day-to-day financial tracking related to salon operations. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Bangla; maintain a professional front-of-house presence. Skills and qualifications required: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Beauty Parlor/Salon/Spa management or related service operations. Strong office management skills, staff scheduling and team leadership capabilities. Excellent customer service orientation and complaint-resolution skills. Good communication skills in Bangla and competent English speaking ability. Basic inventory and stock management knowledge. Good organizational skills, attention to cleanliness and operational detail. Ability to support marketing/promotional activities and drive sales at the outlet level.
