Education Requirements

Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Higher qualifications in Social Science, Economics, Development Studies, Management or related fields preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct training programs relevant to the microfinance sector, including the 3-month “Microfinance Program Operation and Management” program.
  • Prepare and manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.
  • Develop training schedules, modules, session plans, content, presentations, and training materials.
  • Prepare question papers and conduct pre-tests, cluster/classroom tests, and post-tests with proper evaluation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports on trainees’ performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with trainees, management, program representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation, database, and reporting of training activities, including photo/video documentation.
  • Manage training centers, classrooms, accommodation, and dining facilities efficiently.
  • Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the authority.
