Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing nationwide sales team.

The company emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds across Bangladesh.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & scale a high-performing nationwide sales team: recruit, train, coach, and manage field sales personnel and key account managers.Customer acquisition & onboarding: drive lead generation and successfully onboard B2B wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers (schools, uniform suppliers), and corporate partners.Market activation & field execution: visit strategic markets, activate reseller networks, implement city/territory plans, and ensure consistent market visibility.Sales process design: create sales SOPs, CRM discipline, pipeline management, pricing frameworks, and territory assignments.Channel conflict management: design strategies to resolve direct-vs-B2B pricing conflicts and maintain healthy channel dynamics.Brand storytelling & positioning: lead narrative around product advantages (comfort, health, durability) and train sales teams on value-based selling.Performance measurement & reporting: build territory-wise databases, dashboards, and regular reporting cadences for senior leadership.Digital integration: coordinate with marketing to plan, execute, and measure low-budget, ROI-focused digital campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, influencer outreach).What success looks like (first 90 days)Onboard 50+ new B2B wholesalers/retailers.Activate at least two pilot markets (e.g., Rajshahi, Chittagong).Implement core sales process and reporting SOPs.Complete digital campaign test phase and evaluate ROI.Draft and validate a loyalty/retention pilot with key customers.Required Skills & ExperienceThis job requires demonstrated experience in distribution-led and price-sensitive markets.
