Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote software products and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product management, sales and design teams to implement marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads, nurture prospects and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Augment sales volumes and strive to surpass sales goals.
- Use customer insights, market research and industry trends to formulate strategies.
- Prospect and secure new customers to bolster company sales.
- Identify and respond to customer needs and provide support services.
- Prepare monthly target achievement reports based on individual and team collections.
- Directly sell company products/services to end users and foster relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to build lasting connections with consumers.

The company’s culture is collaborative, growth-oriented and focused on delivering measurable business results.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote software products and drive customer acquisition and customer retention.Collaborate closely with product management, sales and design teams to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns.Generate quality leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel and contribute to revenue growth targets.Augment sales volumes, actively pursue prospects, and work to surpass assigned sales targets.Leverage market research, customer insights and industry trends to create effective campaigns and product positioning.Visit existing and potential clients regularly to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.Prepare monthly target achievement and performance reports reflecting individual and team collections.Directly promote and sell company products/services to end users; build long-term relationships with customers.Develop and manage creative digital marketing activities to maintain a lasting digital connection with consumers.Coordinate overall relationship with the product team and identify new market opportunities.Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support marketing and business development initiatives.Required skills and qualificationsEducation: BSc (Computer Science) / BCom / BBA / Diploma in Computer or equivalent qualifications.Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in software companies, IT-enabled services, computer hardware/network companies, consulting firms, direct selling/marketing service companies, e-commerce platforms, or B2B software & services startups.Core skills: Business development, sales & marketing, customer service, sales target achievement, graphics design (basic), and field sales capability.Personal qualities: Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales and office blend environment.Additional requirements: Male candidates aged between 25 to 40 years (as per circular).
