Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure consistent and high-quality performance across all production lines. Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.
- Ensure raw materials and trims meet specified quality standards before entering production. Monitor and control quality at various stages of the production process to prevent defects.
- Conduct thorough final audits to ensure all finished garments meet AQL standards and buyer specifications. Ensure strict adherence to AQL standards and other client-specific protocols.
- Drive initiatives to reduce DHU (Defects Per Hundred Units) and overall rejection rates. Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions to address quality issues effectively.
- Utilize quality data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality throughout the production process. Design and conduct structured training programs for the quality team and other relevant personnel.

Proven experience handling quality for woven denim and non-denim garment products. Strong knowledge of AQL standards, buyer-specific quality protocols, and garment engineering principles. Technical skills: defect analysis, root cause investigation, corrective and preventive action planning, data analysis and trend identification. Leadership skills: ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and deliver measurable quality improvements.
