Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently.
  • Draft, review, and prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Maintain a proper filing system for confidential and official documents.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on decisions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Next Accessories Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Secretary to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
