Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and provide information about real estate projects, pricing, availability, site visits and amenities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up leads from marketing campaigns, property portals and events.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements (budget, location, property type) and prioritize accordingly.
  • Update and maintain lead data and call logs in CRM systems; schedule and track follow-ups.
  • Coordinate site visits, client meetings and logistics with sales teams.
  • Support marketing campaigns by calling lists generated from ads, events or property expos.
  • Address customer queries or complaints and escalate complex issues to legal/finance/CRM as needed.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call status, lead conversion and customer feedback.

Primary responsibilities Handle inbound calls from potential buyers, tenants, and investors — provide clear, accurate information about projects, pricing, availability, and amenities. Perform outbound calling to follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, property portals, events, and expos. Qualify leads by assessing budget, preferred location, property type and readiness to buy or rent; prioritize and categorize leads for follow-up. Maintain lead data and call logs in CRM; ensure timely updates, follow-up scheduling and status tracking. Coordinate site visits and client meetings with field sales teams, including arranging logistics when required. Nurture cold or warm leads through systematic follow-ups to increase conversion chances. Provide customer support: respond to queries about payments, possession dates, or project specifics, and escalate complex issues to relevant departments (legal, finance, CRM). Submit daily/weekly reports on call status, lead conversion, and customer feedback to supervisors and share market insights with the marketing/sales teams. Required experience & skills Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong verbal communication skills in English and local/regional languages. Familiarity with CRM software and lead-management practices. Good listening skills, patience, time-management and ability to multitask. Basic real estate knowledge (project features, pricing structure, buyer concerns) is a plus.
