Monitor and analyze training effectiveness using appropriate metrics and feedback; suggest continuous improvements and follow-up actions. Utilize both internal and external resources, including subject-matter experts and specialized vendors, to enhance workforce development. Required education & experience: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in training & development within the RMG (garments) sector; 5 to 8 years preferred. Essential skills and competencies: Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. Experience designing curricula, training modules, and TOT programs specific to garment manufacturing. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to engage diverse trainees and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and plant management to ensure training effectiveness and implementation. Good analytical skills to monitor training outcomes, interpret feedback, and propose measurable improvements.
