Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of video editors, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards, efficient workflows, and timely project delivery.
- Oversee multiple video production projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain streamlined editing processes, file management systems, and quality control checks to enhance productivity.
- Provide constructive editorial feedback, ensure creative consistency across all video outputs, and maintain alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Assign tasks, balance workloads, and manage schedules to maximize team efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, revisions, and approvals, facilitating seamless collaboration between clients, editors, and internal departments.

Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, CapCut and Photoshop; experience with modern editing and motion-graphics workflows. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to provide a portfolio or sample work link to demonstrate experience and quality of output.
