Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Vice Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
  • Draft, review, and edit communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the Vice Chairman and internal departments or external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and administrative needs for the Vice Chairman.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects or tasks as delegated by the Vice Chairman.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the authority.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, fluent in Bangla and English, comfortable preparing corporate presentations, and experienced arranging domestic and international travel.Key responsibilitiesManage and coordinate the Vice Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings; ensure punctuality and preparation for all engagements.Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence; respond directly or redirect to appropriate departments with discretion.Organize domestic and international travel including booking flights, accommodations, visas, and preparing detailed itineraries.Draft, review, and edit communications, internal memos, reports, and high-impact presentations (PowerPoint).Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on assigned action items to ensure timely completion.Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive documentation with the highest level of integrity.Act as a liaison between the Vice Chairman and internal departments, external stakeholders, and business partners.Coordinate and manage special projects or tasks as delegated; support ad-hoc initiatives requiring discretion and excellent organizational skills.Monitor and manage administrative needs and office supplies required for the Vice Chairman’s office.Perform any other task as assigned by the authority, demonstrating flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.Required skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) preferred).
