Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via social media inbox, email and phone courteously and promptly (CRM Executive).
  • Understand customer needs, propose correct services and close sales (CRM Executive).
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customers (CRM Executive).
  • Prepare and submit daily reports of customer calls/messages/sales activities (CRM Executive).
  • Plan and apply strategies to achieve sales targets (CRM Executive).
