Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead plant HR team and act as HR lead at the factory level.
- Facilitate disciplinary actions and ensure welfare activities are aligned with company policy.
- Provide technical HR expertise to staff and management; coach and train operational departments.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AGM - Human Resources to lead the HR function for a multinational manufacturing company. Collaborate closely with process development teams to achieve target man-to-machine ratios and reduce labor turnover (LTO) by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions. Implement action plans to meet monthly absenteeism targets and create development opportunities for the HR team and plant employees. Ensure implementation of 5S and lean manufacturing principles across departments. Required skills and experience (as stated or reasonably inferred from the circular): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally 10–12 years, with significant experience in the garments or manufacturing industry. MBA in Human Resource Management (required). Strong skills in manpower planning, HR budgeting, recruitment, performance management, industrial relations and compliance. Practical knowledge of organizational development, change management, training & coaching, and employee welfare programs. Experience implementing lean principles (5S) and improving operational HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, man-to-machine ratios). Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills; ability to influence operations and senior management. Additional desirable qualifications: Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD/SHRM or relevant certifications) will be an added advantage.
