Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare reports for management on HR activities and KPIs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Problem solving and conflict management; grievance handling and disciplinary action.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR procedures.

Maheen Accessories Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive - HR & Admin to join a dynamic team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding, and a proven ability to manage HR, admin, and compliance functions across organization-wide processes. The candidate will work closely with department heads, support staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and consistent implementation of policies. Monitor attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll-related information with finance. Support performance appraisal processes, employee development, training and performance management initiatives. Manage grievance handling, disciplinary actions, counselling, and documentation in line with policy. Ensure statutory compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and safety regulations. Oversee administrative functions, office facilities, security, housekeeping, logistics and vendor contracts. Coordinate company events, meetings and travel arrangements for staff and management. Required skills and attributes Strong understanding of Bangladesh labor laws and statutory compliance. Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR record-keeping. Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills. Problem-solving and conflict management capabilities. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing administrative budgets. Familiarity with performance appraisal systems and employee development programs. Education & experience Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. PGD-HRM preferred. 5 to 8 years of relevant HR & admin experience, preferably in garments, garments accessories, or group of companies.
