Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records using MS Excel, ERP, or relevant software.
  • Supervise day-to-day production, store operations, and logistics activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for higher management.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
  • Manage purchase orders for fabrics, raw materials, and other production-related items.
  • Coordinate delivery of finished products to showroom and other destinations.
  • Monitor product quality, movement, and documentation for goods received and dispatched.
  • Oversee stock reconciliation and disposal of damaged goods.
  • Liaise with vendors, transport service providers, and internal departments.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and maintain health & safety standards.
