Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise loan operations across assigned districts (Bogura, Naogaon, Natore, Pabna, Rajshahi).
- Ensure timely disbursement and recovery of loans and maintain portfolio quality.
- Develop and implement operational plans and branch targets.
- Monitor branch performance, conduct field visits and provide coaching to staff.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on arrears, KPIs and donor compliance.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation and PKSF guidelines.
- Coordinate recruitment, training and performance appraisal of loan staff.
- Manage stakeholder relations and ensure good governance at field level.

Ava Development Society (ADS) is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager (Loan Operations) to manage and strengthen its microfinance lending activities across multiple districts.
