Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of employees, materials, assets, and cash for both branches and the Head Office.
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage for fixed assets (fire policy) and cash (including money insurance for safes, counters, ATMs, and cash in transit).
- Assist in selection of efficient and cost-effective vendors and ensure accurate preparation of work orders.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling and manage vehicle repair, maintenance, and documentation for the Bank.
- Supervise and evaluate the activities and performance of security guards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Develop and implement security procedures and emergency response plans, conduct inspections and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely servicing, insurance and documentation of vehicles.
