Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with Head of TVET institute to define requirements, scope and resources for specific faculty/trade.
- Develop training delivery schedules per approved curricula with milestones and resource estimates.
- Ensure availability of required training materials and teaching aids; maintain trainee attendance (≥90%).
- Deliver TVET and skills development training; perform follow-up actions to support employment transitions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, MIS (online/offline) and ERP records.
- Provide psychosocial counseling to students and communicate with parents to ensure safety and attendance.
- Contribute to institute operational planning and ensure maintenance and storage of equipment and supplies.
- Support development of digital content and use of online platforms for training delivery.
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills
- Trade-specific vocational skills in Tailoring & Dress Making or Bakery & Pastry Production
- Proficient in MS Office
