Job Responsibilities

  • Establish M&E system for Unity in Action Phase III project aligned with PROTTYASHI policies and compliances.
  • Authorize participant verification and ensure valid enrolment using vulnerability scoring.
  • Prepare and develop data collection tools in Kobo format (questionnaires, checklists, templates).
  • Ensure routine, real-time monitoring and validate routine data according to the M&E Plan and data flow map.
  • Ensure data quality standards and perform periodic data quality assessments.
  • Produce regular process monitoring and periodic performance monitoring reports.
  • Conduct trend analysis of project progress and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Assist Project Coordinator in review and development of project reports.
  • Undertake regular field visits for process monitoring and provide supportive feedback to improve implementation quality.
  • Support baseline, mid-term, final evaluations, assessments, studies and research.
  • Establish participant accountability and feedback-response mechanisms and ensure analysis and response as per framework.
  • Manage Unity in Action MIS and ensure timely data entry as per M&E Plan and Data Flow Diagram.
  • Analyze project data and share progress status and actionable recommendations with project team.
  • Identify and document case stories, lessons learned, good practices and project results.
  • Conduct training and capacity development for project and frontline staff on M&E, MIS and quality data collection.
