Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
- Provide support to existing dealers to enhance their business performance and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and influencers in the dairy and livestock sector.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Identify and explore new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
- Gather insights on competitor activity, product performance, and market trends and share relevant market intelligence with the reporting manager.
- Submit accurate daily sales updates and dealer visit reports.
- Prepare and share monthly sales performance reports and farm trial results.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and field activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives in the territory.
