Handle administrative functions such as scheduling, procurement support, record-keeping, and coordinating vendor/services. Monitor inventory levels for office and facility supplies and coordinate timely procurement to avoid disruption. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across facilities in collaboration with relevant teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Security) to address operational challenges and support organizational goals. Assist with basic HR administrative tasks when required. Required qualifications & education Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English.
