Key responsibilities (what you will do): Execute sales and marketing activities across assigned territories (market and office-based work). Visit market areas and potential/new sales points regularly to build and grow business channels. Meet and strive to exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the company. Collect payments, follow up on invoices, and ensure timely product delivery. Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and demand; use insights to improve sales strategies. Analyze lost deals to identify root causes and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Train or support new sales partners and conduct routine follow-ups to ensure consistent performance. Required qualifications & skills: Minimum education: HSC or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of practical experience in sales/marketing; experience in wholesale, trading, export/import, or automobile sectors is an advantage. Strong convincing and negotiation skills; capacity to close deals and develop long-term client relationships. Good time management, discipline for field visits, and ability to maintain accurate sales records. Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with the office team.
