Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top 100 architects, clients and consultants to integrate FUJITEC lift and escalator solutions into building projects.
- Provide design inputs, technical clarifications and prepare client-facing presentations and documentation.
- Support the business development team during pre-sales engagements and technical meetings.
- Maintain and build relationships with leading architectural firms to promote FUJITEC solutions.
- Ensure design compliance with project specifications, local building codes and FUJITEC installation requirements.
- Review architectural drawings and provide recommendations for lift & escalator integration.
- Attend client meetings and site visits; coordinate with engineering consultants as required.
Required Skills
- Architectural design interpretation (AutoCAD/Revit preferred)

FUJITEC BANGLADESH is seeking a motivated and talented Architect to join its Business Development team. This job is ideal for an architect with hands-on design experience, strong client-facing skills, and an interest in integrating lift & escalator solutions into building projects. This circular invites qualified candidates across Bangladesh to apply and contribute to FUJITEC’s growing portfolio of projects.Overview: As an Architect – Business Development you will work with top architecture firms, developers and consultants to ensure FUJITEC lift and escalator solutions are properly integrated into building designs. You will provide technical clarifications, design inputs, and client presentations. This job requires a proactive communicator who understands architectural workflows and can translate product capabilities into practical building designs.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with top 100 architects, clients and consultants to integrate FUJITEC lift and escalator solutions into building projects.Provide design inputs, technical clarifications and prepare client-facing presentations and documentation.Support the business development team during pre-sales engagements and technical meetings.Maintain and build relationships with leading architectural firms to promote FUJITEC solutions.Ensure design compliance with project specifications, local building codes and FUJITEC installation requirements.Review architectural drawings and provide recommendations for lift & escalator integration, pit, machine-room and hoistway requirements.Attend client meetings, site visits and coordinate with engineering consultants where required.Required Skills & CompetenciesBachelor/Honors degree in Architecture.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience with engineering firms or building services is preferred.Understanding of vertical transportation (lift & escalator) requirements in building design.Proficiency in architectural drawing interpretation and software such as AutoCAD, Revit (preferred) or similar tools.Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to prepare clear technical proposals and visuals for clients.Client relationship management and business development aptitude.Good command of English and Bengali for technical communication.Additional RequirementsAge: 25 to 30 years (as specified by the company).Gender: Female candidates only (company requirement).Workplace: Office-based at Dhaka (DOHS Mohakhali).Experience & EducationEducation: Bachelor/Honors in Architecture.Experience: At least 2 years in relevant roles; exposure to engineering firms or building consultancy preferred.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Tk. 20,000 - 40,000 (Monthly).Benefits include mobile bill reimbursement, travel allowance (T/A), yearly salary review, and two festival bonuses per year.Opportunity to work with Bangladesh’s top architects and participate in major projects with FUJITEC.Why apply?This job with FUJITEC BANGLADESH offers an excellent platform for an architect to grow into a business development role while retaining strong technical involvement.
