Job Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Provide voice-over in a clear and professional manner for videos.
- Add background music, sound effects, and animations as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects.
- Upload at least one content (Image/Video/Post) daily on social media.
- Create and schedule special days & holidays content in advance.
- Follow the assigned task sheet and submit work on time.
- Prepare for video shoots (script, equipment, location).
- Cover office events (meetings, programs, new employee joining) and post within 24 hours with team leader approval.

Workdear is hiring an experienced and creative Video Editor (with Voice Over) to join our team. Upload at least one content piece (image, video, or post) daily on social media channels. Create and schedule posts for special days and holidays in advance to maintain consistent engagement. Follow assigned task sheets and submit work on time with required revisions. Prepare for video shoots, including scripting, equipment setup, and location coordination. Cover office events (meetings, programs, new employee joining) and publish approved footage within 24 hours. Collect customer photos/videos from Sales or Support teams, edit them, and publish on social media. Plan weekly content strategy and execute accordingly to increase reach and engagement. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor/Honors degree (or equivalent). Training/certification in video editing is a plus. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in IT-enabled services, web media, or blogging environments. Strong skills in video and sound editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or equivalent). Clear and professional voice-over capabilities; ability to record and edit voice audio to broadcast quality. Experience with creating social media content, scheduling tools, and platform best practices. Good understanding of motion graphics and adding simple animations when required. Ability to work remotely (home-based) and collaborate effectively with remote teams. Good time management, organization, and communication skills.
