Job Responsibilities
- Address patients' medical issues by referring to history, diagnosis, treatment and referral as appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records, examinations and medical information.
- Perform and supervise minor operations and ensure quality clinical care.
- Explain procedures and medications to patients and provide counseling.
- Supervise and monitor clinical staff activities at the facility.
- Liaise with neighborhood and hospital care professionals for referrals and continuity of care.
- Promote health education in collaboration with other health practitioners.
- Stay up to date with medical, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical developments.
