Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate & distributor sales strategy for LED lights, switches and other electrical items.
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors for electrical products.
- Supervise, train, and guide Sales Representatives to achieve company goals.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers and distributors.
- Conduct continuous market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Forecast sales and develop annual/monthly sales plans for assigned locations.
