Job Responsibilities
- Conduct field-level loan operations and support microcredit activities in assigned areas, including remote and char regions
- Mobilize beneficiaries, form/maintain groups and field registers
- Support loan disbursement and recovery activities and ensure compliance with procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation, client records and daily reports
- Participate in training and meetings and follow supervisory instructions
- Be willing to work in any assigned company area including remote and char localities

Overview: CARSA Foundation, NGO invites applications for the position of ফিল্ড অর্গানাইজার (Field Organizer).
