Job Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interview coordination and documentation.
- Provide support in maintaining and updating the ERP system, particularly in relation to recruitment and HR data entry.
- Assist in file management and documentation for ongoing HR processes.
- Support in preparing recruitment-related reports and ensuring timely submission.
- Provide administrative support in HRD&M activities, including scheduling, correspondence and logistical arrangements.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of Training & Orientation initiatives, including training logistics, reporting and documentation.
- Support in collecting training feedback and assisting in evaluation processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and internal communications.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
