A reputed company in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their project teams. Sourcing: coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers; demonstrate capability in sourcing materials and items regularly as per project requirements. Provide technical and planning support using AutoCAD and MS Office tools; review drawings and ensure drawing compliance on site. Required skills and competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla. Practical field experience with a problem-solving mindset and ability to manage site-level challenges. Knowledge of construction materials, procurement practices and quality assurance procedures. Ability to prepare clear technical reports, meeting minutes and project documentation. Team coordination and stakeholder management skills. Education & experience: B.Sc/M.Sc in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university (examples: BUET, KUET, CUET, DUET, and other renowned institutions). Or Diploma in Civil Engineering with adequate experience in construction and interior projects. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with engineering firms or construction companies.
