Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.

Required qualifications & experience Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering is required; M.Sc. or MBA is a plus. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing and merchandising within the garments/textile industry; 10–15 years preferred. Practical experience in woven garments product development, buyer sourcing, and international trade is essential. Strong understanding of supply-chain dynamics, costing and quality management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the company.
