Job Responsibilities
- Prepare customer visit plans to generate sales leads and implement accordingly.
- Communicate and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Generate sales leads, identify target clients, and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
- Arrange meetings and project visits for clients.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets with proper planning and execution.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Execute marketing campaigns and strategies in response to collected data and feedback.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide insights.

Required education & experience Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing. Experience in Real Estate or with developers is highly relevant. Freshers with strong aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
