Job Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of patient support supervisors and agents; foster a positive, motivating environment.
- Oversee daily patient support operations including inquiries and appointment coordination.
- Monitor performance metrics (service volume, response times, patient satisfaction) and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Set performance targets and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews and implement quality assurance processes.
- Develop strategies to enhance patient experience and resolve escalated issues; collaborate with clinical teams.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental budget; identify process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Generate and analyze reports on performance, trends, and issues; provide insights to senior management.
- Deliver ongoing training for staff including EMR usage, professional communication, typing speed, and technical skills.
