Job Responsibilities
- Hardening and maintaining WordPress websites, responding to vulnerabilities, and keeping sites up to date.
- Debugging and fixing WordPress issues using PHP, JavaScript (including jQuery/React), HTML and CSS.
- Developing and customizing WordPress plugins and building RESTful API endpoints when required.
- Working with Laravel applications used to automate security processes: implementing rules, debugging, and writing tests.
- Building websites from existing structures following repeatable patterns and proposing improvements.
- Writing unit tests (Laravel) and contributing to QA, deployment and monitoring workflows.
- Documenting work and drafting blog posts or internal notes to share technical learnings and results.
