Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee daily finishing operations to maintain high production standards and meet delivery deadlines.
- Develop machine allocation plans aligned with shipment schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- Oversee manpower planning and maintain accurate production records to support efficient operations.
- Implement work plans in accordance with established timelines and objectives.
- Consistently meet production targets in line with the established production plan.
- Set up machine programs, parameters, and synchronizations to maximize capacity utilization.
- Provide correct shrinkage and machine adjustment parameters.
- Manage and guide finishing floor workers & staff, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and adherence to protocols.
