Maintain positive communication with trainees and help resolve their learning-related issues. Required skills & qualifications: Prior experience working as a trainer or senior beautician at a recognised beauty parlour, saloon or spa. Strong practical knowledge across a broad range of beauty treatments and parlour services. Teaching ability: patience, clear presentation skills, and the desire to develop newcomers. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honesty, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility in performing training duties. Female candidates only (as specified in the circular).
