Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to find trending products for dropshipping
- Source products from reliable suppliers (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, etc.)
- Create and manage product listings on Shopify / WooCommerce / Wix
- Support setup and optimization of Facebook, Google and TikTok ad campaigns
- Order management and supplier coordination
- Provide basic customer support and communication in English & Bengali
- Supplier negotiation and sourcing to optimize margins and delivery
- Collaborate on creatives (Canva/Photoshop) and basic video edits for listings and ads
Required Skills
- Dropshipping experience (1–5 years)

Primary responsibilities (daily and project-based): Conduct market research to identify trending products suitable for dropshipping and profitable niches. Support setup and optimization of advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. Manage orders, process supplier coordination, handle tracking and follow-up to ensure timely delivery. Provide basic customer support — respond to customer queries and assist with issue resolution. Negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, shipping options and mitigate supply-chain issues. Collaborate with design resources to produce creatives (Canva/Photoshop or basic video edits) for product pages and ad creatives. Required skills & experience: At least 1 year of real dropshipping experience; 1–5 years preferred. Freshers with strong demonstrable skills are also encouraged to apply. Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix store management. Familiarity with product research tools such as Ecomhunt, AdSpy, Dropship Spy or similar.
