Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Registrar and Deputy Registrar with different administrative works.
- Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and IT staff to facilitate and improve services.
- Arrange and assist meetings of the Board of Trustees, Syndicate, Academic Council and committees; prepare and distribute working papers.
- Write minutes of meetings, distribute extracts of minutes, and follow up on implementation of decisions.
- Ensure confidentiality in storage, maintenance, and handling of office files and documents.
- Complete tasks related to the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh and Ministry of Education when required.
- Maintain the University Academic Calendar.
