Job Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ and finalize costs manually and using ERP software.
- Perform all types of rate analysis.
- Conduct project visits for budget analysis according to work progress.
- Carry out market surveys for material rate collection.
- Check and forward Material Purchase Requisitions for all projects as per BOQ.
- Implement and monitor project cost control as per BOQ.
- Maintain correspondence and coordination with other departments.
- Visit workshops for review of metal work fabrication.
- Prepare various management reports as required.
- Perform tasks as directed by senior authorities from time to time.
