Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify customers, projects, and new market opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis on products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Develop and maintain a structured lead database and use CRM for systematic follow-up.
- Prepare and execute territory-wise sales plans to ensure full market coverage.
- Regularly visit workshops, builders, and retailers to maintain business relationships.
- Collect orders following company SOPs and coordinate on-time delivery with production.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and monitor the entire order cycle.
- Coordinate with Accounts & Finance to ensure timely payment collection.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Create and distribute brochures, catalogs, and digital marketing materials.
- Work with design team to develop client-specific solutions and marketing visuals.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM and ensure timely communication.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and build long-term relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share market intelligence.

Required experience and education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (3–5 years preferred) in manufacturing, light engineering, steel, interior design, FMCG, or related sales & marketing fields. Essential skills & attributes (what you should bring): Proven CRM skills: ability to maintain up-to-date customer records and follow-up effectively. Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency; comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and good command of professional communication. Organizational, analytical, and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and territory priorities. Ability and willingness to travel across Bangladesh for field visits. Candidates with a motorcycle and valid driving license will have an advantage. Ownership of an Android smartphone is required; having a personal laptop is a plus.
