Wazih, a fast-growing sister concern of Holy Gift & Kafela, is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive global expansion and scale our e-commerce business. This circular is ideal for seasoned marketers with proven experience running large ad spends and scaling campaigns across multiple channels.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok to acquire customers globally.Design strategic growth plans for product launches and market expansion with specific KPIs for acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.Manage significant ad budgets and be accountable for performance, allocation, and optimization across channels.Monitor competitors’ digital presence, analyze their strategies, and recommend innovative growth opportunities.Continuously run experiments across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels to scale campaigns efficiently.Collaborate closely with product, creative and analytics teams to align campaigns with landing pages, product feeds, and creative testing.Provide clear reporting and actionable insights using analytics tools and attribution models.Required skills & experience5–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on e-commerce & F-commerce.Experience managing large ad spends (minimum $10,000+ ad spend experience) and scaling campaigns profitably.Advanced Facebook Ads strategy & scaling expertise.Solid experience with Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping).Practical knowledge of TikTok Ads and creative-led viral growth campaigns.Strong analytical skills, experience with tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Educational & other requirementsBachelor/Honors or Masters degree preferred.Applicants aged between 25 to 45 years are preferred per the circular.Gender: M, F.Compensation & benefitsSalary: Tk. 45,000 - 70,000 (Monthly).Mobile bill allowance and profit share.Half-yearly salary review and 2 festival bonuses.Supportive environment: opportunity to prove yourself, showcase skills and grow with a cooperative team.Workplace & locationThis is a full-time, on-site job based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
